Michigan residents can now earn a degree or skills certificate tuition-free if you reside in a community college district. Michigan residents who do not live within the boundaries of a community college district can still benefit from the program by paying the difference between in-district and out-of district tuition. Residents who are 21 years of age or older are eligible for this program. Full details including eligibility requirements, application information, FAQs, selecting a community college, connect with your program navigator can all be found at https://www.michigan.gov/reconnect/community-college/michigan-reconnect-for-ages-21-to-24.
