Congratulations to all of the North Huron FFA students who competed in the FFA District Leadership Contest on January 30. We had 28 students who participated in eight different events. The students had prepared and practiced for their events prior to the competition. Students moving on to compete at the regional level on February 8 include Allison Souva in Jr. High Public Speaking, Cecilia Kramer in Prepared Public Speaking and Natalie Phillips in Extemporaneous Speaking. We have several students who were named as alternates for the regional competition. They are Aspen Jimkoski in Creed Speaking, Grace Szymanski in Jr. High Public Speaking, and Deomonstration Team members Jenna Schornack, Jentry Zimmerman, Dana Koth and Emily Souva. For more information about students who participated in the district level competition see the North Huron FFA Facebook page. Again, congratulations to everyone on a great job!
